+: The cleanliness of the property was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. They accommodated our early check-in for a small fee and were flexible with a late check-out, which was convenient as our flight was at night. The pool area was great, and all the staff were always smiling and kind, especially the room cleaning guy who did an amazing job. The beds were also extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep.
-: The food was nice but not exceptional. The bathroom was average, and it was disappointing that there were no photos of the shower in the room options online. On the last day, the internet was down for a long time, which was inconvenient. Additionally, while the waiters took orders at the pool, there was often a significant delay in receiving them.
