+: The room is good and the location of the hotel
-: The room wasn’t clean. I had to change the bed sheeting upon arriving, and the mattress I found bloodstain and the staff was rude and not patient At the reception and At the room service And also the hotel was full of smoke smell from cigarette at the room and at the corridor The stuff at the reception wasn’t trained enough, and they are not giving you your full attention when they are doing their job at all They’re lazy and not understanding what they are They are understaffed and when I ask for anything, it takes a lot of time to get to the room from maintenance or from the housekeeping they don’t understand. They are very lazy and the food not as what I expected or what it is supposed to be overall, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone For family or friend The guest at the hotel, most of them Teenagers coming to have a good time and doesn’t respect families or anyone else and they don’t follow the rules There are smoking everywhere and drinking and even have a problem With one of the family member with me because they are drunk and I’m trying to hook up with them we had a fight And there is no Security enough To handle the situation and to keep hookers outside the hotel, most of the Prostitute and hookers at the lobby and they trying to go to the room going inside the elevator with the keypad And trying to go inside anyone room offering their services The other guest Wasn’t respectful enough to close their doors or to handle their liquor on there naked inside the room and the door was open and we had to see what happened inside the room with their lady friend, They was very bad. I’m not coming to the hotel that again. I had a very bad experience. I wish I didn’t have it and I wish I didn’t pay it. I have a wedding over there at the hotel to attend That’s the only reason I booked the hotel Even at the wedding Most of the guest come inside Uninvited and cause a problem The wedding party Because of the security, they are unprofessional and understaffed .
