+: I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding housekeeping and kitchen teams during my stay. The housekeeping staff, especially Khaled, made my experience truly enjoyable. My room was always spotless and welcoming, with thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. Your attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and I am grateful for your hard work and dedication. Additionally, the kitchen team deserves a special shout-out! Thank you all for your exceptional service and for making my stay so delightful! You truly made a difference.

-: There is a lack of continuous transportation services to the beach. Furthermore, there are no organized events within the hotel premises. The Wi-Fi connection was not functioning effectively, and the animation team displayed a reduced level of activity in comparison to that of Amphoras Blu.

-: Niets. Alles was slecht.Ik moest nog een nacht extra boeken in verband met mijn late vlucht. Khaled had voor mij een notitie achter gelaten om dit te bespreken met de manager. De volgende ochtend heb ik gevraagd om de manager. Amir had zichzelf voorgesteld als manager terwijl hij geen manager is. De andere receptie medewerker die wat dikker is bevestigde ook dat hij een manager is. Deze 2 mensen zijn zo onvriendelijk en gemeen en niet professioneel. Ik vind het zo jammer dat ik de manager niet heb kunnen spreken. De onvriendelijkheid van Amir en de andere dikke receptie medewerker verpesten het sfeer en alles voor de klanten.

-: Firstly, the beds in the room were quite uncomfortable. The mattresses did not provide adequate support, making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. Additionally, a plastic sheet placed under the bed sheet created noise with every movement and caused the sheet to slip off repeatedly, disrupting my sleep. Furthermore, I had a very unsettling experience when I discovered a lizard in my room. As someone who is not accustomed to such encounters and has a strong fear of lizards, this incident caused me considerable distress and anxiety. Another issue I would like to bring to your attention is the strong and pervasive odor in the dining area. The smell was so overpowering that after dining, my hair and T-shirt absorbed the food odor. This was particularly unpleasant, as I had to change my T-shirt immediately upon returning to my room to avoid the lingering smell. Additionally, I noticed that the quality of the salad ingredients was quite poor. For instance, half of the arugula on my plate was wilted or rotten, making it inedible. This was disappointing and did not meet the standard of quality I expected. Moreover, I observed that the serving utensils in the dining area were consistently dirty, which is a major concern for hygiene and greatly impacted my dining experience. I also found the shampoo and conditioner provided in the room to be of very poor quality. Furthermore, essential items such as cotton swabs and slippers were not provided in the room, which I found to be quite surprising and inconvenient. Considering these issues, I must express my disappointment, as I could have stayed at much nicer hotels for the same price. Unfortunately, under these conditions, I cannot provide positive feedback regarding your hotel.

-: لم يكن واضح لي أثناء الحجز أن الفندق ليس به شاطئ و أنه يجب أن أذهب إلي فندق مجاور من فنادق المجموعة لأصل للشاطئ الأنترنت كان معطل طوال فترة الإقامة العادة السيئة في معظم الفنادق و هي ريموت التلفاز ليس به بطاريات تعمل ، موجود كمنظر

+: Tutto lo staff è stato eccezionale, il cibo buonissimo ed è stata una esperienza incredibile.

-: La struttura dovrebbe essere modernizzata e le pulizie delle camere devono essere fatte più accurate. Il terrazzo non è mai stato pulito mai.

+: Mi è piaciuto tornarci, era la seconda volta ed è stato un po' come tornare a casa. Grazie a tutto lo staff, instancabile e professionale. Un grazie particolare a Ahmad Khalid addetto a pulire la mia stanza, n. 202, per la sua pazienza, forza e bravura.

-: La connessione wifi era buona ma non ottima. Forse la cosa ha dipeso dalla posizione della mia stanza. Potenziarla sarebbe utile.
