-: الاكل جداً سيئالغرف سيئة ولا يوجد صابون ولا شامبو ولا سائل تنظيف اليدين وكاتل المياه قديم وغير مغسولالسعر عالي جدا مقارنة بكل ما سبق

+: من اسواء ممن تتخيل من اول موظف الاستقبال الي الغرف الي الطعام والمشروبات سيئه خامات رديئه مستخدمه الشاطئ به صخور كتير لايصلح للنزول

-: في المجمل من الصعب ان تتحمل الاقامه فيه لايوجد به اي ميزه طريقه التعامل من الاستقبال الي نوعيه الطعام والمشروبات اسواء مما تتخيل لا انصح به اي حد

+: تجربه سيئة لا انصح احد بمحاوله التجربه من اول موظف الاستقبال الي كل العاملين بالاضافه للخامات المستخدمه في الاكل والعصير

-: طريقه كلام موظف الاستقبال لا تليق بفندق مطلقا نوعيه الاكل والمشروبات سيئه البحر كله صخور مواعيد تشغيل الاكوا للاطفال قصيره جدا

+: غرف كبيرة جدا وأوتيل خمس نجوم صراحة أجمل سلسلة هاواي هو برادايس موقع جميل طعام جيد

-: الاكل سيى وبايظ لانهم بيحطوة قبل الميعاد بساعتين في ظل التكييف المركزي في الفندق فية مشكلة ومش شغال في اغلب الوقت التكييف في الريسبشن سئ ومبيفتحوش التكييف خدمة الغرف سيئة الناس اللي هناك من مستوي غير لائق الغرفة اللي جنبي كان فيه عائلة بيشتموا بعض شتايم مش كويسة وهزار غير لائق خلانا نشتمئز

+: بلا شك واحد من افضل فنادق مصر ... ليس فقط في الفئة السعرية ... كانت تجربة رائعة منذ دخولى الفندق والتسكين في ااقل من 20 دقيقة ... مساحات شاسعه من الاشجار وحمامات السباحه .. تنوع غير عادي من الاطعمة ذات الطعم الرائع ... نظافة الغرف ... تدريب وكفاءة عالية للعاملين .. انصح كل عائلة بتجربة ذلك الفندق ... وانصح كل شخص يدخل الفندق بالسوال عن شخصين اكثر من رائعين ... مستر عيد في الريسبشين ... ومستر امير مدير المطاعم ... تجربة اكثر من رائعة فشكرا لادارة هاواي براديس

-: اكثر شيئ احزننا هو انتهاء رحلتنا في ذلك المكان الرائع

+: Staff were very nice and helpful. Location was good but far from downtown.

-: The food was so so bad!!! I am an AmericanEgyptian how paid by $$. We were told that we cannot go into the foreign dining room because it is reserved only for foreigners and not Egyptians. We made a big fuss about it and they let us eat in the foreigner dining room. This is very disgraceful that I have to fight to eat in a location where I paid for. also, someone broke my chair that was on our patio, switched it out and then I told the front desk and housekeeping, but no one ever came to replace it.

+: I liked the availability of more than one swimming pool with different depths suitable for children and adults, and I liked the room. It was large, comfortable, and its cleanliness was okay.

-: I did not like the excessive crowding, which affected the various services, including serving food. I used to stand in a long line in order to get food or drinks, or to get a table to sit at during meals, and the food was running out and I could not find what I wanted, and the types of food were not many to choose from. Especially the types of sweets, and there was no change in the types, so I was eating the same food every day, and even its taste was not delicious. The crowding also affected getting places at the swimming pool, and the beach was bad, so I could not swim in the sea.. The hotel does not live up to the five-star level, as there are 4-star hotels. The level of services there is much better
