+: A lovely clean and great location away from traffic noise, with kids entertainment, a cinema and plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from. The staff were really helpful and could t do enough to ensure our stay was relaxing and comfortable. The facilities are also brilliant with a lovely pool area and facilities on site.

+: The best part is the mall which is connected to the hotel . the facility is Sakai fantastic! Just service issues which can be solved
-: Late check In and HK services were not up to mark when you ask extra amenities they didn’t provide and also we had lots of WiFi issues which got solved on last hours only. The supervisor was kind enough to listen to us and solve but we stayed two days and we expected more!
