-: I recently stayed at this property and was thoroughly disappointed by the overall experience. It’s clear that the comfort of guests is not a priority here. Despite being a massive hotel, the staff is woefully insufficient. Basic amenities like forks, spoons, and dishes were constantly running out, making meals a frustrating ordeal. Additionally, they served soft drinks in small cardboard coffee cups and charged extra for them—not even a decent cup was provided.There was no cold water available at the bar or restaurant, which is unacceptable, especially in a hotel of this size.My family’s safety was seriously compromised during our stay. My children had a terrifying experience when they found a drunk individual lying on the doorstep of their room. Since then, they’ve been too scared to sleep in their own room and have had to sleep in mine. This is absolutely not a safe environment for families with children.The food was another major letdown. There was only one main restaurant, plus an Italian restaurant where 85% of the menu was unavailable. When I sent my kids (aged 9 and 10) to have pizza, the manager sent them back twice, claiming they were fully booked. I went myself to check, only to find the restaurant was barely 5% occupied. This level of service is beyond frustrating.Overall, this property does not care about its guests, especially those with families. I strongly advise against staying here if you’re looking for a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable vacation.

+: Breakfast was great, location was convenient, comfortable، quiet place relaxing atmosphere, clean safety layout and environment, the most what I noticed that ( designed to live in a more eco-friendly way “ go green “ room service and environmentally, Add to that; Very organized management system and helpful welcoming staff and appropriately behaved 😊…. Truly appreciate Movenpick water park and resort spa Soma Bay management and staff for their work quality, I do consider this place my home and my first choice for next visits 🤗 everyone and everything there make u feel you wanna stay more, truthfully ….🌟

+: الاقامه كانت ممتازه جدا والخدمات كانت متوفره بشكل سريع التعامل في الاستقبال اكثر من رائع اخص بالذكر الاستاذ مينا ﮼ هشام ﮼ مريم ﮼ محمود ) كان التعامل سريعا في تسجيل الوصول وايضا عند طلب المغادره متأخره تمت الموافقه عليها بشكل مجاني كترحيب من الفندق ﮼ الشاطيء رملي ممتاز والاكوا بارك ممتازه للاطفال والكبار ﮼ انصح بالفندق للعائلات والكابلز لقضاء اجازه ممتعه.
