+: Lunch & Dinner is amazing, the animation is very friendly, and a very good beach and location hotel.

-: Rooms can be improved, snacks are useless, soda is the worst ever, and fresh juices you need to pay for this a new thing from me as I have fresh juices in other hotels with my All Inclusive, rooms have lack of lights, toilet need more improvement, toilet supplies and resupply very poor, we have a sea view but since we near the beach and we have a baby at first floor the stairs was a pain to get up it every time and I believe they were under staff.

+: Mrs.Niveen (G.R) was very helpful . When a problem happened & was fixed at our room . She changed it for us for a better one.

+: The beach is wonderfull

-: There is no good animation team also they have to care more about the taste of some kinds of food .

+: We liked the room , beach , staff, food and the resort in general

-: -They are using milk powder and juice powder in all drinks 👎it’s not taste good at all - shortage in dental kits - there was no iron in the room - fresh juice aren’t included in all inclusive it’s with extra fees
