-: Checked me into a room I didn’t book. Offered to move me but this took 5 hours so I stayed where I was much to my detriment as there was music paying until 12am!

-: Cigarette butt found in toilet sink in my non-smoking room. Room not clean for a 5 star hotel standard. Rooms need renovation.
