+: O café da manhã estava bom. As frutas no quarto foi muito bom. A equipe foi muito atenciosa e procurou dentro de suas possibilidades ofertar o melhor serviço. A localização do hotel é espetacular e toda a sua estrutura é muito bonita e aconchegante.
-: Da higiene não só do quarto, mas do hotel como um todo, o hotel estava vazio, infelizmente para o turismo da região, em função da guerra entre Israel e a Palestina. E entendo que todas deficiências no hotel se deve a baixa ocupação. No banheiro ao tomar banho, inundava, tivemos que colocar toalhas no chão para não molhar o piso todo. A estrutura fisica do hotel é ótima, muito bonita, mas está necessitando de muitos reparos e manutenção.

+: Das Frühstück war gut. Wunderbar gelegen am Lake Nasser und fussläufig zu den Tempeln. Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen.

+: Pleasant surprise-- sort of an oasis in the desert--I was surprised by the massive size of the resort compared to the rest of the sleepy little village. Not a blade of grass in the rest of the town and desert but beautiful manicured lawns at the resort. Multiple pools, coffee bar area, large air conditioned restaurant. Front desk staff were extremely helpful--all staff were very attentive.
-: Wi-Fi only available in public areas and pretty weak there. One English speaking television channel which was RT (Russian Television) constantly giving Putin propaganda. Dinner at the restaurant was a little on the high side even a-la-carte ordering. This was the most expensive hotel night (about $350 including taxes) we had during a 22 day trip that covered Dubai-Maldives-Cairo-Abu Simbel-Istanbul (well except for the Maldives of course). I guess the Law of Supply and Demand is fully in charge here since there really are no other suitable options available.

-: Inutile de prendre la vue sur le lac vous n en profiterez pas ...c est plein de moucherons même en journée...il vaut mieux rester à la piscine jusqu au bout de la journée...topLes chambres sont supers vieillissantes car il n y a personne mais par contre ils entretiennent les extérieurs....la situation est difficile pour eux avec la guerre ...espérant qu ils se reprennent après car le lieu mérite de rester une nuit
