Дуже задоволений приязним ставленням працівників готелю. Все було чудово! Усі позитивно налаштовані, доброзичливі, готові допомогти. Більшість з них добре спілкуються англійською і трохи російською. З багатьма затоваришував і спілкуюся досі!

+: Cordialità gentilezza e cortesia dello staff, (in particolare il caposala Michael è una persona squisita), alla reception ci hanno regalato la camera vista mare e una cena di pesce per 2 in ristorante italiano. Piscine, piscina idromassaggio, spiaggia con accesso diretto, accesso alla barriera corallina dal poltile, bar piscina, bar spiaggia, lettini con materassini, giardini bellissimi e ben curati, ristoranti, camera, posizione camera vista mare.
-: Struttura un po’ datata ma nel complesso non male, mancanza di un ascensore in reception, bar reception solo a pagamento, musica nella sala ristoro noiosa e ripetitiva, pulizia del bagno camera non profonda.

-: Hergün aynı yemek çeşitleri çıkıyor. Hergün aynı meyve ve tatlı çeşiti oluyor. İçecekler küçük plastik bardaklarda veriliyor. İçecekleri sanki lütfederek veriyorlar. Herşey dahil konsepte içecek kısıtlaması olmaması lazım. Mini bar boştu, sonradan kısıtlı sayıda içecek konuldu. Snack bar açılış saati geç, her yemekte ana restaruanta gitmek gerekiyor. Gece eğlencesi hiç olmadı. Barlar 23:00 kapanıyor. Resepsiyondaki bar üçretli, herşey konsepte olmaması gerekir

+: Il villaggio è un pó datato ,ma tutto sommato molto accogliente e con tutti i servizi che funzionano.Il personale di tutto il resort è stupendo dalla reception ad arrivare al personale della spiaggia, la pulizia sia dell resort che delle camere è da 10.La ristorazione devo dire (diversa dall'italia)molto buona .I dolci favolosi.Poi una spa meravigliosa ed un gruppo di fotografi bravissimi sempre pronti ad immortalare quei momenti unici.Ci tengo con il cuore ❤️ a ringraziare due camerieri che hanno reso la nostra vacanza unica Mahmoud e Michael. Grazie ancora e spero di poter tornare presto siete una grande famiglia

-: During our last day, the pool was very very "dirty" as my children was very sick the day after The bathroom in our room was sometimes smelling very bad The food was Okay but sometimes the drinks was not enogh cold, and the glasses sometimes was dirty
