+: The staff were very nice and attentive.
-: The photos on the website are very deceiving, location and inside need updating.The hotel lacked excitement very basic. It felt like living in a compound resort except obviously the food hall.

+: The hotel is beautiful. The staff cannot do enough for you. The hotel rooms, and pool are situated around each other, which is very convenient. The day time fitness team are so amazing, they keep the morning activities going, it’s very fun and enjoyable, they are very friendly and do an amazing job! The night time entertainment is also fab! Food is also great! I will definitely return and recommend to my colleagues that also live in Sharm.
-: There was nothing about this hotel or rooms that I didn’t like. Everything was extremely clean, well maintained. The room was a queen suite that I had, which was very comfortable.
