+: Exceptional Stay at Sunrise TucanaI recently had the pleasure of staying at Sunrise Tucana, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and valued, setting the tone for a remarkable getaway.The hotel boasts a stunning greek ambiance with beautifully designed interiors and breathtaking views. The reception team greeted us with warm smiles and refreshing drinks, making check-in a breeze. Their attentiveness was evident from the start by upgrading our room to a garden suit, we felt like a VIPs throughout our stay. Special thank you to Said, along with Mohamed and Abdel Rahman.♥️What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were not only professional but genuinely super friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Whether it was providing restaurant booking recommendations or accommodating special requests, the team made every effort to enhance our experience.I celebrated my birthday during my stay, and Sunrise Tucana exceeded all expectations. The staff surprised me with a delightful birthday decoration in my room. It was such a thoughtful touch that made me feel incredibly special. They even organized a decorative table at the Lucina restaurant, where the team sang “Happy Birthday” and presented me with a complimentary cake. Thank you Lucina restaurant staff you really made my day very special 🙏🥰The dining options at Sunrise Tucana were equally impressive. The restaurant offered a diverse menu featuring italian, greek, and international cuisines. I indulged in a delicious meals and enjoyed the stunning service, making every meal a delightful experience. Special thank you to Yades restaurant staff 🙏🥰I gained weight because of your delicious food and generosity. 😁😍Overall, my stay at Sunrise Tucana was nothing short of exceptional.

+: Building it still quite new and the room are spacious. We like that all the resort is builded with low houses with few apartments than big condominiums. Foods. It doesn't mind at all if I suffered of "intestinal problems" for some days, becouse I know that in Egypt could be common. Except this, the food is not bad at all. Meat and fish (not fried) are good but after 2-3 days a bit repetitive. It's funny that they rename the same thing in daily menus but you receive same plate. Oh, an advice , remove 80% of cheese from pizzas and cream from pasta and you have a good plates ;).Staff. When you have a problem, they are quite promptly to resolve it.

-: I known that a 5 stars in Egypt is not comparable to a western one but some votes here is very hard to understand. Maybe if you only traveled here out or your country, maybe if you are used to eat meat and potatoes all year but honestly this is a good hotel, not less not more. But let's go into the review. Building. Of course the "appareance" could be of a 5 star, structure is quite new and common area nice. Unfortunately something doesn't work properly and its easy to stay hours without power, find tables a bit dirty, glass wall in swimming pool unstable, and other little thing that show that this hotell are going to be old in short time. Beach is small and with few beds. Staff. Like the workers in all world, someone is good someone not. I know that in egypt the "tip's policy" is everywhere, but in a 5 stars (where you dont take with you the wallet all day), should be forbidden. Example a day I dont give a tip at guy in beach that open sun umbrella, and the next day he just give me towel and leave me alone to open it. Not nice.

+: Everything about the property was amazing and up to the standard.The food is amazing and offered a lot of varieties daily.The staff is very polite and helpful and always made sure to deliver top notch service.Special thanks to Ahmed the Maitre’d in the international restaurant and Samer in the Italian restaurant.The room cleanliness and facilities were very nice and top notch.Definitely will go there again and have the garden room.

+: Sea In my checkout survey (Before the bathrobe issue), I’ve mentioned that many of the hotel team members (Mr.Hesham Yades restaurant, Chef Madgy, maître Samer in Lucina restaurant, maître Alaa & Mohamed in Yades restaurant) have tried within their capacity & available resources to provide a nice experience to my family, which I’d appreciated & made me tried to overcome many of the above issues for their nice hospitality & care, yet it worth mentioning that the hotel is under staffed & crowded to provide promised experience seamlessly.

-: 1. Upon Checkout on Aug, 22nd , the Front office team kept debating in an insulting manner about a missing bathrobe, despite me explaining that I didn’t take any out of the 2 rooms that I was booking. Where I insisted to pay for it after these unacceptable insulation.2. On Thursday Aug, 22nd My daughter got injured in the sea & bleed from her feet, where I carried her out of the sea & managed the situation without getting any support from the guard any other staff, despite being there & witnessed the incident.3. The Beach experience was not a relaxing experience, Umbrellas are fixed with no spacing, making it feeling that everybody on the beach are a big group sitting together, which is annoying & not giving a relaxing experience, while the umbrellas are not providing proper shelter from the sun (See the adjacent design & quality of the next beach of Sunrise Royal Makadi with a better design & quality).4. The pool is very small, usually crowded, where I usually use the Royal Makadi pools, which is by far better.5. On Wednesday Aug, 21st evening at the reception confirming the paid late checkout, the reception was stubborn to accept having that at 6 PM instead of 5 PM & refused to do that for room 27107 instead 27105 as it was more convenient for us, giving nonsense reason, for booking & adjacency to other rooms, which all turned to be not true upon validating with deputy manager Mr.Ahmed on the following day.6. On Thursday Aug 22nd, it took us an hour wasted in the restaurant (Yades) to get our breakfast, where we kept reminding the staff more than 4 times, despite ordering simple omelet & Egyptian bread.7.

+: Everything - very well put together and the staff were exceptional
