-: التكييف سئ في كل المطاعم و الغرفو اكتشفت ان صاحب المكان بيوفر كهرباءالمرافق قديمة و لا يتم تجديدهاالاكل سئ جدا جدا باين انه بيوفر جدا في كواليتي الاكل و العمالهاسمه اقامه شامله بس تخيل اي عصير طبيعي بفلوس باليورو حتى في الفطارعصير البرتقال ب 4 يورو تقريباالاطباق بلاستيك ميلامينالغرف فاضيه من الملحقات حتى المناديل فقط في الحمامالعفش قديم و بدأ يتهالكباب الغرفه اتخلع من مكانه و جبتهم يصلحوه

+: Öncelikle otel özerk bölgede gibi oldukça büyük ve çocuklu ailelere hitap ediyor.Personeller hep güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Her kitleye hitap eden bir otel. Çocuklarda yetişkinde gayet güzel keyifli vakit geçiriyor. Özellikle resepsiyonda ki Mahmoud Beram, havuz bölgesindeki Mohamed Anwar Osman çok ilgili ve yardımseverlerdi. Gece yarısı otele geldik. Girs saatimize çok olmasına rağmen odaya aldılar. Biz 3 gece 4 gün kaldık. Gayet güzeldi herşey. Kahvaltı biraz bize hitap etmiyor ancak öğle ve akşam yemekleri gayet zengin ve çeşitli. Teşekkürler herşey için

İlave olarak yemeklerde sınırsız olan cola fanta ve Sprite kendi üretim yada markaları şeker ve ilaçlı gibi. Cola yada fanta ile alakası yok yani. Oteldeki barlardan sınırsız içebiliyorsub kola fanta Sprite bira. Şişe su için resepsiyonda ki bara gitmen gerekiyor. Buda biraz mantıksız geldi bana. Herkes zaten şişe su içiyor.
