+: - Variety of Restaurants and good quality of food (main, italian, asian, BBQ, and seafood res.)- very friendly staff, they go the extra mile to make the guests happy and feel comfortable. - special thanks to receptionist Mr. Baraka, Ms. Samira, for their caring and efforts during the check in process and when my wife feels sick, Mr. Ismail from house keeping and Dr. Mohamed hany, for their relentless efforts during our stay. - animation team and their night shows very lovely.- WiFi is very good all over the hotel- Bathrooms are clean
-: - beach is a little bit crowdy- no bathrooms in between the 2 swimming pools, i had to walk long distance to reach the looby bathrooms or the beach bathrooms for kids- i had to pay extra fees for the car parking inside the hotel (should be included in the reservation fees)- cars parking areas are limited. Looby parking is only exists in the left side of the hotel.
