+: The greenery is amazing. The staff was amazing and so helpful and lovely. The food was great!

-: The road getting there was pretty rough but that’s not something that the hotel can do anything about.

+: It is a cheap hotel so you cannot expect top facilties and services. The dining hall was basic, the dining terrace nice but very hot in the summer even in the evening, the rooms were acceptable, gardens ok but not amazing (they use far too much water for them).

-: The breakfast buffet was rather basic and low quality. Dinner buffet was generally not great, most dishes acceptableedible, 1-2 dishes per night good, only 1-2 dishes in 10 days very good. The rooms we had were basic but acceptable. Beds good. WIth hindsight however we had one MAJOR problem, which is why I write this review, for hotel management to act and travellers to be aware, is that both I and my son (to a lesser degree) developed severely infected rashes on our backs during our stay that I only later realised came from bites from bed bugs. This is the first time I have encountered this, and I fear it may not be the lasyt time because bed bugs are spreading again worldwide, but I hope we managed to avoid contaminating our home...

+: Wadi Lahmy Azur Resort in Marsa Alam offers a welcoming and hospitable stay, with special thanks to Omar Khaled at the reception for his exceptional help. The resort’s location is ideal, close to some of the area's best diving and snorkelling spots. The beautifully maintained garden adds a unique charm, while the resort’s eco-friendly focus is commendable. Our room was clean and provided stunning views of both the sea and the garden. The food was varied, ensuring that everyone could find something to enjoy. Overall, a delightful and eco-conscious choice for a relaxing getaway.

-: More sunbeds by the pool would be appreciated, as well as benches to better enjoy the garden. It’s important to note that there is no sandy beach; access to the water is through a pier. Additionally, having a pharmacy on-site would be helpful for guests.

+: il mare davvero stupendo. con possibilità di accedere al reef e a due piscine naturali profonde circa 2 mt per i principianti.

-: abbiamo soggiornato dal 13 agosto al 20 con partenza alle 08:30 purtroppo nonostante avessimo prenotato il taxi per tempo ci hanno fatto aspettare più di 25 minuti. il taxista maleducato neanche ci ha salutato e ci ha fatto aspettare ulteriormente in macchina. la struttura non c’entra direttamente ma questo disservizio ci ha causato problemi con il volo di ritorno.
