+: Very well located. Near everything. Rooms were comfortable and had what they said they would supply. It was clean and well maintained. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.
-: The staff at the reception were efficient and got their work done but would have helped if they would have been a bit more welcoming in their manner and not quite so brusque, esp as they are the first face of the hotel and goes a long way in getting a positive image across. The cleaning staff on the other hand were so lovely. Always smiling.

+: מלון נקי וחדש. מיקום מעולה . תחנת מטרו שתי דקות הליכה . וכן קניון גדול . המון סופרים, בתי קפה ומסעדות המרחק הליכה של שתי דקות. 10 דקות לעיר העתיקה . לשומרי שבת וכשרות 5 דקות מבית חב"ד .10 דקות מהבית כנסת הגדול . 12 דקות למסעדה כשרה בשרית. בשתי מילים ממליצים בחום .
-: לא אהבנו שבעזיבה הינו צריכים לחכות לביקה של החדר ע"י איש ביטחון של המלון. נתן תחושה משפילה .

+: Its location allows for ease of access to the historical sites, activities, old Tbilisi and eateries. The sound proofing is amazing, always had a good nights sleep despite being in the center of town.
