+: The property is beautiful and is like a little oasis in the hustle and bustle of the city.The room was clean, comfy and had a cute balcony.

-: Not a negative, more of just a heads up - some drivers seem to have a hard time finding the property as it’s a little tucked away, so use the hotels airport transfer service, and make sure you know the location well enough that you can help taxis locate it

+: Hotel liegt etwas versteckt, ist dafür aber sehr ruhig. Corona-bedingt war der Service sehr reduziert, Frühstück war nicht erhältlich.

-: Nur Klimagerät, keine Heizung. Räume sind relativ hellhörig.

-: Bed sheets and pillows didn't have covers, and no staff was available at the reception counter at any time.

+: The EZO hotel was lovely and the staff - a family were really super. Tried to make your stay special with little touches of kindness. We found the location was a little far from town, but with the Bolt taxi it was easy to get to where you needed to be.

-: No problems

+: Very friendly family who even though there was language difficulties would phone a friend to act as an interpreter. Room was spotlessly clean. The Breakfasts was delicious.

-: For a tourist without a car I found it a bit far out of the tourist hub.
