+: Nice receptionists. The boy was very helpful and hospitable. The rooms were nice and tidy, of which I am always picky, so it was great experience here. 100% recommend to visit.

+: I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights, and it was awesome! The rooms were spacious and super comfy. The breakfast at Saffron restaurant was top-notch, especially thanks to Sepehr, who was so friendly and knew a lot about the food, especially the Georgian dishes. I highly recommend this hotel!
-: It takes around 20 to 30 minutes by car, depending on traffic, to reach Tbilisi's main attractions such as the Old Town.

+: The booking was such last minute, but the reception staff were so friendly & accommodating. The check-in lady even paid my Bolt fare for me, as I didn't have small Lari notes. My return flight was rescheduled owing to the DXB airport floods, and the check-out crew allowed me to stay a few extra hours in the room - a true mark of hospitality. The supervisor gentleman at the restaurant was a true service provider - very elegant & polite.
