Featuring a full spa and wellness centre, this hotel is nestled between the Kvareli Lake and the Alazany Valley. Kvareli Lake Resort is located in Kvareli. All accommodation at Kvareli Lake Resort comes complete with satellite TV, air conditioning and a minibar. Each room has a private bathroom providing free toiletries, slippers and a hairdryer. Guests are welcome to dine in the hotel restaurant and half-board options are available. Additonally, there is a bar on site as well as barbecue facilities and vending machines. +: Sorroundings, top-notch breakfast, beautiful pool over looking the lake and mountains, new property, some of the staff were great and smiling, beautiful lake with mountains all around.
-: Some staff didn't seem happy to work there (maybe it was a language barrier - not sure), everything else was more than perfect.

+: The resort has two restaurants and the quality of the food and the staff in the restaurant were fantastic. The food and the views were the top highlights of the property. The property has a long walking trail along the lake and it is a fantastic place for kids to explore. I loved it!
-: Unfortunately, the room that was provided to us was unclean. There were cigarette butts in the balcony and spider and cobwebs in the rooms. It seemed like the resort hadn't cleaned the rooms in a long time. I did raise concern with the front desk about the cleanliness and that there are webs and spiders in the room but I think my concern was lost in translation. The room was eventually cleaned but the spider and webs remained untouched.On the last day, there was no water in the room so we had to leave the resort without a bath.

-: 1. The Staff. There are brilliant example what is bad behavior is. When my girlfriend statrted complaining in polite way that there is a mess near the pool they say thank you and continue doing there things. The same thing was in the evening when we recieved salad leaves with dirt in the plate. They provided nothing as a apollogise 2. the pool. There were a huge mess with dirty towels and chotic stending sunbed. staff did nothing to clean them& What is more there were a construction with traktor. It was Sutarday! 3. the restaraunt. there were special ingridients in all salads: send and dirt 4. Bicycles. all bicycles are broken and withous breaks
