+: The interior of the room and a large balcony.

-: Very hot in the room, the noise from the machine came from outside, the location is very bad.

+: Good location, cheap dinner with absolutely acceptable quality . Really good stuff.

-: Cleaning was during the day when my son was sleeping. It's not their fault...but on the other hand, they could ask me for 2 or 3 days.

+: Location is ok, in my case there was mountain-view. Hint - request the highest possible floor (5th the highest) to get better view, as on the lower floors you'll get "surrounding buildings" view. Roof-top bar and pool - just great.

-: There were several blackouts during my stay, obviously caused by heavy rains in the vicinity. Can't blame the facility, though they could have plan some kind of alternative power supply.

+: The room was very pleasant and the beds comfortable. There was lots of space for clothes and other things in the spacious closet. Plenty of outlets, which was especially nice for making tea in the electric kettle provided in each room! The staff was so helpful. Pati speaks good English, and the others were very patient with my limited Georgian. Food in the dining room was great. It isn't menu-style; rather you tell them what time you want to eat and they bring out a delicious, varied and abundant dinner of Georgian food! However, you can also ask them for something specific, if you do it ahead of time. The location is mostly great. From the front-facing rooms there is a partial view of the sea, and it is a 2-minute walk away! There is also a number of small markets nearby for essentials like milk, bread, snacks etc.

-: However, Mandarin is next door to two hotels which had some noisy pool parties, one of which was playing loud music late into the night. There is also some construction in the area which takes away some from the sea-side ambience.
