+: Person to meet you upon arrival and show you around the villa. The option to have some groceries delivered he’d of your arrival was very welcome as we arrived let evening. Access to hotel and waterpark was a real bonus
-: The pool needs some maintenance (cracked tiles and plastic bags used to plug holes in pool wall). Outside light bulbs over patio didn’t work and road leading to villa had recently been dug up and not reinstated, so had to void a trench and large potholes. Loose plug sockets in second bedroom upon arrival , reported but not repaired during stay.

-: It was very dirty and needed a good clean. There were alot of things that were broken and or did not work. If it weren’t for the fa t that we are laid back and just needed a break we would have complained further. It desperately needs to be cleaned for the next user
