+: Excellent hotel, restaurant, staff in a great location. I will definitely come back here! I have been many times before and Greece and Crete but I will return going to Chania this is my number 1! Here there is staff immediately responsive to customers' needs, an excellent room, a brilliant public terrace overlooking the whole harbour. Breakfast varied with local produce and delicious freshly squeezed orange juice. Ordering dinner in the restaurant (highly recommended too) is - 10% discount for hotel guests. All the staff I met were very helpful and welcoming, but Effie and Augustino are brilliant: super professional and at the same time create a fantastic atmosphere.

+: We booked the family room and it was the most spectacular hotel room we have ever stayed in. The view from the room balcony is absolutely priceless. Not only was the view stunning the room was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The staff are all really nice and go out of their way to help you. The breakfast Buffett was spectacular, the variety of food was wonderful and there were so many options to choose from. The hotel is located in the centre of Chania town so it's walking distance to everything. Would absolutely recommend
-: Due to the location of the place the hotel doesn't have any parking which is difficult to deal with in the peak season

+: Das Hotelpersonal war super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer war sehr sauber. Super Aussicht von der Dachterasse, dort hatte man jederzeit Zugang drauf.

-: Charging for beach towels is silly. You can’t park near the hotel because it’s in the old town. You have to find parking and walk ten minutes with luggage to the hotel.

+: The location was great on the heart of the venetian port. The view from the window was stunning. The room was spacious a bit old but that match perfect with the location. The bed was comfortable and the shower was new. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant and very helpful. Even though the room was at a central location the noise was minimum after you close the windows.
