Arte hotel enjoys a quiet location 50 meters from the beach and just a 10-minute walk from Rhodes town center. It offers a swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas and air-conditioned rooms with balcony. Free Wi-Fi is provided. Arte rooms are spacious and offer views to the pool, town or the Aegean Sea. -: קירות דקים, שומעים הכל מה שקורה בחדרים סמוכים. לא ברור איך להתקשר לצוות מהחדר - אין מדריך בחדר. אין סיסמא מואי פאי בכל חדר - צריך להגיע לקומה 0 כדי לקבל סיסמא. היום מלא ברחשים או לא ברור איזה זבובים קטנים בחדר שיצאו מהביוב. מה גם שיש המון ברחשים בחדר אוכל בזמן ארוכות

+: Almost nothing , maybe the breakfast
-: The behavior of the staff was really rude.We have stayed in a different room from what it was shown in the photos, in a really uncomfortable bed, not clean, dust everywhere. We actually didn't even stay at Arte hotel, we stayed at the next door which was almost under construction. Door was broken and we told to staff, nobody cared. The weirdest thing was the tap in the middle of the room, and a shower in another room, the toilet was in like another room. We asked to change the room and the answer was 'our rooms are designed like that' and never had a response from the supervisor. The photos on web and what you receive has nothing to do with each other. Honestly speaking, do not even spend 1€ staying here. The staff, the room, the shower, the bed and even the old towels, I mean literally everything you may need are really bed. We did not even have a wardrobe to put our stuff . Overall really bad and it's the first time I rate a hotel like this as a genius member. I wish If there was a chance to return my money I would cancel from the first night but had to stay 2 nights there.
