+: Very good value for the money! Highly recommended! Even if it is not very new and some improvements may be necessary, we loved our 10 days stay in Stalis.We loved the pool, it was pretty clean and the water was always warm.The food was pretty decent (we had the breakfast includedfree thanks to our Genius level). Not many options but enough to get you going.We ate dinner also at the location once and we payed 20 euro per person. There were enough options to satisfy anyone but not enough vegan or vegetarian options.We found our studio clean. The air conditioning worked just fine and managed to cool the whole house in an hour or two.We didn’t use the kitchenette at its potential, but it had many facilities to cook some basic foods if necessary.All in all we don’t regret our stay and would definitely recommend the location to anyone, even if it’s not recently renovated, it’s position, view and staff makes it worth.

-: Maybe the breakfast could be with more vegan and vegetarian options and maybe changing the menu daily so you don’t eat each day the same thing.Otherwise we don’t have anything per se to complain about.

-: La chambre, climatisation défectueuse, WC qui fuit et cassé, porte douche cassée, interrupteur électrique cassée ne tenant qu'avec du scotch, chambre loin des chambres avec belle vue mer comme énoncé ! Mais directement sur la rue ! Si vous n'êtes pas allemand à fuir !

+: L'emplacement, la piscine

-: Pas de clim dans la chambre, elle ne fonctionnait plus car trop vieille, on a dû dormir sur des petits lits pour avoir la climatisation dans le coin cuisine.Pas de plateau bouilloire, uniquement la bouilloire, pas de petite bouteille d'eau dans le frigo à notre arrivée.Le repas du soir avait un créneau de 19h à 21h00, nous y sommes allés pour 19h45, il n'y avait presque plus rien au buffet....et même plus d'eau dans le distributeur d'eau dans le resto.Accueil très moyen.Il faisait très très chaud dans le logement à notre arrivée et la clim de la piece cuisine n'arrivait pas à la refroidir.

+: Friendly staff, bar open until 1 AM, great views, close to beach, AC in the room, good water pressure in the shower

-: Ants everywhere in the apartment, food a bit bland

+: le personnel agréable l'hôtel est très bien situé avec une vue magnifique la piscine et le petit-déjeuner = super parking devant l'hôtel sécurisé

-: - les 124 marches pour monter à notre chambre ! L'hôtel n'a pas d'ascenseur, je recommande cet hôtel aux personnes ayant une bonne condition physique car c'est très difficile pour une personne ayant des difficultés à marcher (peu importe la chambre choisie ce sont des appartements en flancs de colline) - le manque de séchoir - le repas un peu cher pour le soir (20e pour un petit buffet par personne)

+: Hotel perfetto, meraviglioso, pulito, cibo buono, personale accogliente, piscina top. Paesaggio mozzafiato. In più avendo l'aereo la sera tardi, ci hanno peresso di cambiarci e di fare la doccia dopo la giornata di mare.

-: Scale per salire per persone poco atletiche. Ma fanno bene due scale dopo mangiato

+: Das Buffet morgens und abends wurde immer frisch zubereitet, die Köchin war gut. Reinigung, Handtuch- und Wäschewechsel alle 2 Tage. Preise an der Bar moderat, aufgeweckte Barfrau bzw. -Mann. Die Aussicht in die Bucht ist schön; ausreichend Liegen am Pool im Juli. Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank sind effektiv. Aussicht, Klima, Essen, Bar und Ballspiel im Pool machen gute Laune.

-: Die Strände zwischen 1-5km Entfernung waren im Juli recht voll; so gut wie keine Zone ohne Strandliegen (wer's so mag, ok, Preise zwischen 6-10€setTag). Das Poolbillard könnte mal ersetzt werden. WLAN nur an der Bar gut. Der verglaste Speisepavillon heizt sich stark auf, für die Außentische wäre mehr Schatten schön. Über 50 Treppenstufen für die oberen Appartments. Kaltes Wasser kommt offenbar aus keiner Leitung, aber das steigert das Urlaubsgefühl.
