+: Lovely, welcoming, helpful, staff, great selection of food, excellent place to spend a few days, not first class but, (unless you're a 'Karen' or a snowflake), it's great.

-: Pillows - a bit hard, like sleeping on a bag of cement.Beds - not the most comfortable.

+: The staff quickly became my family. I was treated kindly and with respect. Tamara, Andreas, Tereza and Kostas are all amazing people.

-: Entertainment could improve, especially their hours.

+: There was access to multiple pools and food kitchens as it was part of a complex. The admirals pool was the best because it was more open plan and had more space and had a more family orientated and relaxed vibe to it. The staff were all very nice and we were welcomed well when we arrived.We had a sea view room which was nice. We were able to check in early. It was close to shops and a short walk to the beach.

-: The food was okay, but not very much choice for vegans (there were two in the party). Also not the best for younger and fussier eaters. The lunch and dinners were the best but the breakfast limited.

+: Baptized the hotel of the Poles ... after staying there I understood the reason, simply obscene !!

-: Let's first say what we liked:Anything!1. Arrived for breakfast time, the reception is located in the dining room of the hotel2. cleaning the rooms to throw up, in a week they never cleaned the bathroom3. tablecloths are used in the dining room that are never washed, especially you sit on a table where someone else has eaten and dirtied before !!!Hygienic in Covid time above all.4. Well as Italians accustomed to certain culinary standards, eating there was hell, eating that to pay a compliment is to say embarrassing5. I have seen waiters pick up food from the floor with their bare hands and then serve someone without washing them6..They have the amount paid before staying macge if I had opted for payment in the structure, after having spent the stay in the structure we understood the reason, half of the customers would ask for a refund in my opinion

+: the customer service of the management was amazing
