-: Honestly - we stayed here 2 x in the month of august and I tried to cancel my second stay (during my first stay) and they didn't allow me too. There rooms are NOTHING like what is pictured. Very deceptive pictures that seem more luxurious than actually are. The rooms are very basic. they were dirty all over in particular the bathrooms and kitchenliving room area. my son's hands were black on the bottom from walking on balcony and in living room. the jacuszzi (which I would never enter) had a rim of yellow around the water layer on the wall. There was what appeared to be mold in the shower heads and along the kitchen sink. The kitchenette in both rooms is not pictured on website (and I can see why) - it is tiny, awful, ugly and dirty. The refrigerators were also too small and basic. I told them from day one if I can be moved they said they couldn't. I begged them for my second stay if I can either cancel or get a different room and they didn't allow it. actually on day 1 of my second stay there they offered my a 9 bedroom villa as the only option to move into but would cost me an extra 18,000 euro for the next 7 days. They insisted this was a discounted price - too funny. I couldnt wait to leave. In the end we left after day 2 and they refunded 50% of my last 6 nights stay after much back and forth. we went to our next hotel and had amazing stay in LUXURY. WIll never go back and will never recommend.

-: Merkeze uzak olduğu için mutlaka araç kiralaması lazım yoksa transfer çok pahalı. Gitmeden araç kiralamayı internetten yapmak mantıklı.

+: The location was beautiful, and staff were very friendly.

-: The hotel all in all needs maintenance, attention to detail, and an all around “lift” in order to fit into the luxury hotels of the world category. Their rooms were a great size yet under impressive.

+: Everything was absolutely perfect at Casa del Mar Mykonos. We had our best family holidays. The place and the villas are stunning. The service is professional, very nice and not too familiar either. We have two energetic little boys and all the team was very kind and understanding. Thank you ! The view from the villas terraces is simpling outstanding. The food is very good, breakfast included was very generous and such good quality. Lunch was also great. The hotel has a whatsapp that you can reach for any questions and they will literally help for anything at anytime.
