+: Quiet pool area was a nice touch & a personal favourite

-: The food was very average. Rooms claim to be soundproof but all noise in corridors can be heard - group holidays were very loud & kept us up every night

-: Additionally, I am deeply disappointed by the hotel's refusal to accommodate my request for an upgrade, despite the availability of swim-up rooms as evidenced by my successful booking through Bookings.com. This inconsistency in treatment suggests a lack of transparency and fairness in the hotel's policies and practices. Overall, the discriminatory treatment and unprofessional conduct I experienced at Cook's Club Corfu were unacceptable and marred what should have been an enjoyable and relaxing vacation.

+: Das Frühstück war grandios. Sehr viel Auswahl und alles sehr lecker. Das Personal war sehr nett & zuvorkommend. Mein Zimmer war wundervoll eingerichtet. Pool & Anlage sehr sauber. Das Essen an sich war auch sehr lecker. Drinks waren auch sehr lecker. Ich bin vom Guest Relation Team dann noch ins Smoke Grill Restaurant gebucht worden & durfte dort einmal essen, dass fand ich richtig lieb & nett.

-: Der Blick aus meinem Zimmer, war zum Haupteingang raus, dass fand ich etwas blöd. Vielen Katzen, die aber tatsächlich dank der anderen Gäste immer wiederkommen, weil die die füttern.. Die Essensportionen & das System mit dem per App bestellen, finde ich persönlich nicht cool, weil es einfach einen falschen Eindruck vermittelt in einem 5 Sterne Hotel & die Portionen sind mini... Das Steak war leider verbrannt & sehr zäh..

+: Bel établissement avec une chambre vue sur mer. Très belles piscines, salle et cours de sport.

-: La nourriture est certes en quantité mais la qualité est vraiment moyenne. Cuisine très grasse. Enfin, pour 2 jours c’est bien mais pas plus.Le sèche cheveux n’est vraiment pas puissant.

+: Nice atmosphere and stylish, new hotel. They organized transportation from the airport (45€). Very nice gym area with all equipment you need. Outdoor space with PilatesYoga classes that you can book free of charge at the reception. Also, there is a tennis court that you can book for an hour (5€ deposit for equipment). They also have a minimarkt, where you can but anything from snacks, tobacco, sun screen, souvenirs etc. The Spa is also quite nice, a lot of offers!

-: We had the all inclusive package and this allowed us to eat all day (breakfast, snacks at the pool, lunch and dinner). However, I think it would be better to offer less, but then better quality. Some dishes were really not edible. Drinks at the pool were served in dirty glasses. In general the food area where they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner felt like a canteen - no nice atmosphere because the used dishes are thrown into containers right next to you (also no background music to cover the noises). The sun beds were not comfortable. Location wise there is not much around - beach nearby is super small and not really nice. The staff was also not very friendly, especially at the bar you had a feeling that they are annoyed by receiving new orders.

-: - customer service- location - on a highway? So many hotels right on the beautiful beaches of the island but this one isnt. Wierdly this hotel which is in the middle of nowhere has a tiny cark park which is always ‘full’ according to security so you have to park hundreds of meters away in an unsecured carpark off site.- value- hygiene - filthy- rooms - grim- acoustics - could hear absolutely everything from corridor and neighbouring rooms- breakfast was genuinely disgusting, both the food but also the ‘food hall’ it is served in. We counted over 20 tables that you couldn’t use because they hadn’t been cleaned since the previous diners left.- dark hotel- whole setup is giving a nightmare school holiday vibe

+: Gentillesse du personnel. Propreté

-: Nous avions une chambre avec piscine semi privée au rez de chaussée. Les personnes qui remontaient dans leurs chambres étaient très bruyantes à 1 h du matin.

+: Das Konzept der Hotel ist super. Die Einrichtung und der Style super sehr schön. Wir waren über die griechischen Osterfeiertage dort und es wurden sehr schöne Aktionen zum Osterfest durchgeführt.

-: Das Personal ist super lieb, allerdings kenne ich besser geschultes Personal aus andere Cook's Clubs. Die Cocktails schmecken von Barkeeper:in zu Barkeeper:in unterschiedlich. Plastikgläser an der Poolbar find ich auch schwierig bei den Preisen und leider war es auch recht müllig am Pool, was aber daran lag, das es nicht ausreichend Personal gab. Das Publikum ist auch etwas schwierig. Einige Party-Suff-Truppen... Kann Amüsant sein kann aber auch nerven:)
