+: Very warm and helpful reception and other staff members, room just right with good temperature control and international tv options (both can be lacking at other hotels in Greece in my experience). ideal location at the heart of Kalambaka, breakfast fine.

+: Excellent location and well-kept hotel, with very friendly staff. We had an issue with the air conditioning unit in one of the rooms, and the staff addressed it immediately. Even tough we arrived about 1.5 hours prior to the official check in time, we were each offered a bottle of water while we waited a few minutes for the rooms to be ready. The hotel also has an excellent breakfast.

+: The hotel is a family owned business, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel is so central and very easy to navigate around. The breakfast is ample and has variety of selections. We were leaving very early in the morning, instead of a doggy bag of food, we had a table readily available with breakfast awaiting for us. The staff go above and beyond all expectations. My sister and I would like to say a very big thank you to all the staff. Especially to Maria. I can’t fault this Hotel.
