+: Beachside Villa (a 2-storey townhouse, one of 4 or 5 there but 1 of 2 belonging to the Greek Pride) is literally 10-20 meters from the sea. We enjoyed hearing waves and feeling the sea breeze. The beach in front of the house is not great, but it is super-close, and there are better beaches nearby. Free sunbeds are available for the guests (you need to bring them to the beach with you) Also, central location close to the shops, restaurants and a supermarket.

-: 1) The first thing that spoiled the impression was the check-in experience. The key was in a different location from what the booking said (so callwrite in advance to double check), and the road to the villa was closed so we had to drag luggage from the car for like 100 meters. It was very hot and check-in instructions were insufficient. No sign of what villa was our #2, so if not for the kind lady working nearby I'd never find it. 2) The view. Yes, they said it is exactly like on the pictures but it's not. You can see that there is a small 1 storey house in front of it, but in fact, there is also a 2-storey ugly ruined house on the right to it and in front of the villa. It looks quite depressing and closes most of the sea at least from the ground floor. Glass in the windows is very dull and looks dirty because of the salt inside. These things can be changed or improved easily - at least the property should replace that awful old green rug around the ruins, paint it or something. 3) Lots of amenities mentioned in the description were missing, most importantly: mosquito nets (so we could not open the windows and hear the sea, because insects are severe), barbeque (why even write about it?), washing machine, microwave, toaster. Other missing things like an electric kettle, and knives, they brought after we asked. Overall, the kitchen is not well equipped for those who plan to cook or even just eat in the villa. What is present is of poor quality, old and miscellaneous (forks from Aeroflot and some strange cups, 2 glasses only, etc, etc)

+: Very flexible and kind staff. Also knowledgeable concerning where to eat and what to see in Halkidiki region. The rooms were nice and clean with a perfect ocean view.

+: • Το κατάλυμα ηταν ακριβώς στο κέντρο της πλατείας μπροστά απο την παραλία . • Δίπλα μας ύπαρχε και ενα λούνα παρκ οποτε είχαμε την ευκαιρία να το επισκεφτούμε. Άνετα δωμάτια ευρύχωρα και πλήρως εξοπλισμένα . Το προσωπικό έτοιμο να εξυπηρετήσει 247 ιδιαίτερα ευγενικη ρεσεψιόν . Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

+: Apartment is large, not new but tidy. Except kitchen all furniture is in very good condition. There are two separate bathrooms – one on each flor – quite old fashion but clean. Apartment is located almost on the beach with see breeze blowing when you open the window. Air-condition is separately adjustable on each flor and works nice. Owner is very cooperative and open to help and solve all issues. Beach is very close and is clean and as sandy as it can be in Greece :)

-: 1. ¾ of the view is covered by the ruined building – so the sea you can rather hear not see 2. The apartment we received is one out of 3 or 4 available in the building. Other apartments are in much lower standard with rusty fridge and old furniture and tiles. Definitely the apartment we received is the best one and in line with the offer on booking – other apartments in this building can be a big disappointment 3. Very noisy neighbors – there is a night club next to the building, exceptionally noisy during weekends

+: Excellent location considering it's in the center of the village BUT next to a night club which means loud noise during the whole night. not only from the music, but also from the backdoor where all the bottles come and go, staff doing breaks etc. The receptionist was super helpfull!!!

-: The area between the house and the beach, REALLY REALLY needs to be cleared from old ruined houses and cleaned because it was SUPER DIRTY and SMELLY.
