+: The room was very clean and the landlord is an amazing and warm-hearted person. She did her best to make us happy and in the same time we had enough privacy. Air conditioner and the balcony are huge advantages!

+: The room was ok, good value for the money and in s good location. I only stayed one night and didn't get to use all the facilities, but they also had a kitchen with fridge and small electrical oven and also a desk area. They are all simple. I arrived at night (22:30) and it was ok to check in
