+: This is difficult... there wasn't much to like. Perhaps the limited number of people around the pool area was a benefit. This allowed our children to play freely in the pool.

-: Lack of pride for the hotel and limited customer service. Lack of sun umbrellas available at the pool. Initially, there were two, but these broke and were not replaced - they were also left broken at the side of the pool for a number of days. No restaurant or bar as advertised. Food was available in trays for all-inclusive. Limited breakfast choice - not continental or thought about, no expense spared. We had to purchase breakfast from the Spar shop every morning. Additional cost for air conditioning on top of what we felt was already pricy accommodation for the facilities provided. The air conditioning was pointless - It did not circulate past a meter in front of the unit. Providing a kitchen area sinkrefrigerator was pointless without any basic equipmentutensils - perhaps cutlery, plates, cups?? The hotel door was locked around 10 pm every evening - and only one room key was provided, which is used to power the lights in the room. This made it difficult for one adult to leave the hotel, nip to the shop etc. while one stayed with the children asleep in the hotel room. There is no one available at the check-in desk - a phone number is provided on the door. We were not allowed in the pool after 6 pm due to not having a pool attendant. There is also a lively hotel over the road, playing constant music, and repeated songs - this was particularly frustrating over a 14-day period.

+: juste l’emplacement de l’hôtel (10 min à pied de la rue des boutiques)

-: petit déjeuner pas de choix et manque d’hygiène, la charcuterie n’était pas au frais. on devait avoir une vu sur mer on a eu vu sur parking. on avait pas d’équipement de cuisine ni de couvert ni même un verre ou une tasse. pas de robinet dans la cuisine , cuvette de toilette cassée, drap et essuies changer juste une seul fois en 6 jours. Il devait y avoir un billard et une table de Ping Pong rien de cela. publicité mensongère. le nom de l’hôtel ne correspondait pas à l’emplacement. je ne conseil pas cette etablisement a personnes.
