+: Çocuk dostu otel. Plajı var, kumsal harika. Yemekler güzel ve çeşitli. Odalar temiz, geniş, konforlu. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü.

+: Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Otelin denizi biraz dalgalıdı ama rengi ve sıcaklığı çok iyiydi. Plajda çok güzel taşlar vardı. Oda iyiydi. İstediğimiz zaman bize çarşaf verdiler. Yatak gayet rahattı. Odanın manzarası efsaneydi. Canlı müzikte gayet iyiydi. Otelin ala cart restoranı çok kaliteliydi.

-: Kids Club daha iyi olabilirdi, ama bence önemli değildi. Otelin otoparkı biraz daha düzenli olabilirdi.

+: Amazing Sunset! Perfect hotel for families! Spacious rooms, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere make it feel like home. Plus, it's pet-friendly, so our furry friend enjoyed the vacation too!

+: We liked the location of the hotel and the proximity to a nice beach right in front of the hotel. The staff were more or less helpful.

-: This hotel misleads potential guests by claiming it is 5-stars whereas in reality it is in urgent need of renovation. It charges 5-star hotel prices, but what you get corresponds to 2 stars. Our room, while incredibly expensive, looked like a bad movie from the 1990s. Quite empty, minimal basic furniture, not even a double bed but two basic-quality beds pushed close to each other. Air-conditioning was NOT working! One day, the electricity was going on and off in our room, with the result that lights, air-conditioning etc kept switching on and off all the time. We asked them to send an electrician to check it, they said they did, and that same night we woke up to the air-conditioning profusely leaking and making an unbearable sound (noise) that woke us up in the middle of the night! The place was literally falling apart. The hotel allows people outside the hotel to make use of the beach loungers, with the result that hotel guests are not guaranteed a spot on the hotel beach, even though this is literally the ONLY good thing about the hotel: access to a nice beach very close to the hotel rooms. The food at the beach bar was expensive but horrendous quality. Greasy fries, dry sandwiches, horrible coffee. Not only is this experience not worth the absurd amont of money they charge for their 40-year-old facilities, but they are outright lying about being a five-star hotel. Overall - utterly disappointing.
