+: Das Personal war sehr nett, die Lage des Hotels top! Direkt der Strand vor der Tür mit Liegen für die Hotel-Gäste. Es war nie ein Problem, Liegen am Strand zu finden (am Pool war das schwieriger). Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut (außer der Café). Das Zimmer war ruhig und sauber. Die Katzen in der Hotelanlage waren sehr sehr süß!

-: Der Café beim Frühstück war leider sehr schlecht. Es standen, obwohl wir laut booking ein Doppelbett gebucht haben, 2 zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten im Hotelzimmer, was nicht sehr angenehm war zum Schlafen. Außerdem waren die weißen Vorhänge im Zimmer sehr dünn, sodass wir immer fürchten mussten, dass man beim Umziehen ins Zimmer sehen kann. Zusätzliche, dickere Vorhänge wären gut.

+: Top Anlage, sehr freundliches Personal. Auf Wünsche wird jederzeit eingegangen. Für uns war es ein perfekter Urlaub.

+: Very friendly and helpful staff, variety of swimming pools, great location right in front of the beach, with a number of restaurants close by.

-: breakfast was decent, not something special. People wake up early and put their towels on the beds near the pools to "save" them for the rest of the day. The hotel has signs requesting not to do that, but the guests ignore them. The hotels can just bring more beds, so there won't be a shortage.

+: This was a very relaxing and wonderful experience. Breakfast was the best ever. The staff was very attentive and wanted you to be there. My room and everything was very clean. .

+: I think that the best feature of this hotel is the staff which are very kind, helpful & respectful from the front desk to the bellboy and the waitress, all of them were great. Also, the variety of pools and proximity to the beach are great.

-: Not sure why this hotel gets all the good reviews; while there are some good things, there are many issues which don't make sense in the price range of this hotel. In general the vibe I got is of very cheap management: First of all the breakfast is very poor, both in variety and also in quality. The juices are not fresh, the single pancakes machine is home grade so there is always a queue. The eggs tasted funny and there was only 1 salad option available. On top of that the opening hours were too short only 2 hours which was not flexible enough. Another issue was the very limited amount of sunbeds and the bad practice of how people reserve them (and keep them reserved for hours) - in order to be able to enjoy to pool one should wake up before 7 am and reserve a sunbed. This is not cool at all. Another problem related to the pools area is that there was no lifeguard which is weird considering there are many kids in the hotel. There is also a strange policy of 1 pool towel per person (which is of not so good quality) and you can only get a new one once every other day. Rooms were also a bad surprise in reality as they were not spacious, with no regular window, and with minimal amenities - no complementary water, no slippers or bathrob, no beverages offer, outdated TV and no laundry bag. Then there's the location, which is great because of the beach but other than that there are hardly any thing in a walking distance except some restaurants which are basically all the same. So after 1 or 2 days it gets really boring, so renting a car is a must. Unfortunately there is only 1 night were there is some entertainment arranged by the hotel (show in our case)
