-: There a someone working in services room Bangladesh man , once i came to the hotel he told me " I don't like Saudi people" this was very Racism i want you to take action with him his name is Ahmed . and also there is no reception only one guy taking money standing in the road , and i request taxi from him at specific time and he confirm to me that the taxi will be there but there was no one very very bad hotel

+: The only thing to like about this accommodation is the view, everything else will make you regret the stay

-: If the staff feel you are going to leave a bad review they cancel you booking on the last morning so reviews are not allowed. Thanks to Booking.com they allow us to submit this... (Due to this I recommend you read the reviews on Google Maps as the hotel is not allowed to reject them) Wifi was essentially non-existent unless you were sitting on the toilet, by the door, or hanging your phone out the window. Zero amenities are provided, except for towels. All of the staff sit around upstairs and try to do nothing; when anything is requested it is all pushing to a massively overworked cleaner who is forced to do everything. (I feel sorry for him) Don't even try to use the Jacuzzi; it took multiple hours to heat up and still was too cold

+: Staff is very friendly and kind and they provide you with prompt assistance. The bathroom is spacious and it has a jacuzzi in it. The location is perfect for walks as it is in the center of Fira and makes everything on the easy reach.

-: The room did not look like the photos and it was not specified that it was an underground position, causing a lot of humidity inside. The jacuzzi was not used for some times hence it took it long time to be working again and be warm. The relation quality-price is negatively balanced, although this last consideration applies pretty much everywhere in the island.

+: L'emplacement est bien, ce n'est pas très loin de la station de bus et des commerces. Attention toutefois il y a beaucoup de marche pour s'y rendre pas très pratique avec des valises.

-: Le personnel n'était pas aimable à peine un bonjour et au revoir. L'état de propreté de la chambre ainsi que du linge laisse à désirer, il y avait un trou de cigarette sur la couette ce qui n'est pas normal compte tenu du prix de la chambre. Pas de bouteille d'eau pour nous accueillir contrairement à tous les autres logements que nous avons pu faire durant nos 2 semaines dans les îles grecques (qui étaient bien moins chers). La vue depuis la chambre dream laisse à désirer puisqu'il y a le conduit de sortie de la cuisine d'un restaurant en plein milieu... Le mur de la chambre était effrité et de la moisissure était présente dans la salle de bain. Bref je ne recommande pas ce logement !

+: Bon emplacement dans Santorin, belle vue pour le coucher de soleil, belle chambre et bonne literie

-: Chambre Lune de Miel : le bain à remous montré en photo est blanc alors qu'il est peint en noir, beaucoup moins joli - la propreté laisse à désirer, il y avait un mouchoir en papier au fond du bain qui se disloquait, sur la terrasse il y avait une partie cassée d'un élément extérieur avec un clou - beaucoup de bruit la nuit alentour, horrible si besoin de dormir la nuit fenêtre ouverte
