+: In general what they are offering is ok: - the food quality and the diversity; - the cleaning (very good); - I appreciated that even though the suites buildings are quite split, each of them has swimming pool(s) near by; - personal very kind; - good sleeping experience (1 double bed with one extensible sofa). Great for couple with 2 children. Very comfortable. - AC in the room - very ok - nest against mosquitos - very ok - modern and nice main hotel restaurant reception design. - Waterpark full of attractions - very ok. Had a great time with my children.
-: The resort is split in 3 components. - Main hotel with swimming pools, main restaurant and main bar. - Suites with swimming pool. - Waterpark. The distance between each is around 150m - 200m, by crossing a road where is car traffic. This could be dangerous for small children if they are not accompanied by an adult. The road toward the Waterpark is public and is full of garbage and bad smell (poop). Bad to medium internet connection. Don't choose this place if you are a digital nomad. The beach is absolutely deplorable. Full of garbage, without toilets, without a shower, without sun beds, without umbrellas. Poop smell is all over the place. Most probably the beach is under public domain and was abandoned (sad). Is located at 450 m from the main hotel. Unfortunately the worst beach personal experience in my life. During our meals at the main restaurant, the waitresses were too exaggerated with cleaning the tables. Several times I ended with my personal things, set on the table (to indicate that I'm still using that table while I was at buffet for grabbing food) taken by them and had to ask for them each time.
