+: Son emplacement près des plages et commerces et activités. La chambre propre. Le ménage quotidien et la vue mer. La disponibilité du personnel (Whatsapp etc)

-: Les transats payants. Le jus d’orange du petit déjeuner. Le fait que le petit déjeuner ferme à 10h. Le fait que l’hôtel soit constitué de plusieurs bâtiments on aurait dit des appartements et les photos trop embellies de la piscine . Les portes des chambres trop fines et qui claquent sans cesse ( Bruits permanent soir nuit matin dans les couloirs depuis le 2 étage)

+: The hotel is situated on several different sites with the main hotel and reception a short walk from the other accommodations. The staff were friendly and engaging and dealt quickly with any issues. For example, there was a problem with a shower leak and a faulty lock mechanism on the patio doors. The hotel maintenance resolved the lock issue quickly and to a lesser extent the leaking shower was dealt with. Although the leak persisted throughout the stay. The cleaning staff kept on top of changing sheets and towels. The room was street and sea facing and was one of the better situated apartments in the building. The room was equipped with a small fridge and an electric kettle. The hotel being situated over several different buildings also offered a beach side pool and bar with sunbeds (free around the pool area) as well as beach front apartments. The buffet breakfast consisted of a selection of hot and cold options and included a good selection of fruit.

-: There was no clothes drying rack! I have never been to a hotel where such equipment was not available in the room. Although not the fault of the hotel, there was a noisy alarm close by that kept activating throughout the day and night, most annoying as this caused an unwelcome disturbance. I tried to upgrade to one of the beach front apartments. However, being popular none were available.

+: Had a fabulous time , the staff were great and loved the location . Room was lovely though not a sea view however was clean and short stroll to beach, bar and restaurant.So hoping can visit again next year.

-: Alot of other guests were not keen on the food but we enjoyed it, only real criticism is could be hotter as some of dishes were just warm

-: Wrong room type given despite receiving confirmation. Hotel was a little dated and didn’t have all the amenities in the room that was advertised.

+: Location, view Stayed in room 98 will definitely return Pity no sunbeds on the lower level for the apartment as there was room for them.Breakfast good plenty of selection Left a bottle of wine in the room as it was our 30th wedding anniversary
