+: Das Gebäude ist neu und sehr sauber. Wir hatten die Wohnung mit Blick auf das Meer und nicht auf die Straße, so war es sehr ruhig.Wir hatten Zugang zum Pool und dem Strand mit sehr feinem und sauberem Sand. Das Meerwasser sehr sauber, klar und nicht tief. Sehr gut für Familien mit Kindern und Nichtschwimmer.Wir hatten das Flugzeug am späten Abend und der Besitzer erlaubte uns, zu verfallen, wenn wir es brauchten und nicht um 12 Uhr mittags.Sehr schön, so dass wir den Vorteil des Badens im Meerwasser wieder genommen.

+: Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione dell'appartamento rispetto a spiagge e servizi ed al centro di Malia raggiungibile anche a piedi. L'appartamento si presenta bello spazioso e luminoso e soprattutto fornito di basilico. Un'altra cosa positiva era la signora che noleggia le auto accanto alla struttura, molto simpatica e sempre disponibile a dare consigli

-: Non ho gradito molto che il proprietario non fosse presente in caso di bisogno. Le pareti della stanza erano molto sottili e poco insonorizzate, il materasso era molto duro ed internet prendeva poco

-: Had to find another place after the first night. The owner did try to give us other options (another room, a room in another hotel owned by him), but, judging by the state of the room (bathroom especially), we refused. We did not want to risk losing more time from our vacation on other rooms managed by the same ownercompany. Not sure where the positive reviews on Booking.com come from... because: - Noise from constant traffic on the street, even with doors closed. Thin walls between rooms too. - The bathroom was disgusting: the toilet seat was stained... not sure what those stains were and I do not want to know! ... the photos attached here look better than in reality. A bit of context for the very low score given: We do acknowledge that this was a non-refundable booking, but this should not be an excuse for property owners to neglect their properties in such a way! We only told the owner about the noise. We hoped to see at least part of the money back without escalation. We got a little part of the money back from Booking after showing them the photos with the toilet seat (after some longer discussions with them and with the owner), but nothing from the owner. From what I understand, Booking.com talked to the owner, but there was a meeting within the company that managed the hotel, and the outcome was: no refund because we refused the alternatives. We talked to the owner via WhatsApp, but after sending him the pictures with the bathroom and asking to reconsider and give us part of the money back, he stopped answering. Just launched a complaint with the European consumer protection service... with little hope. Maybe the owner can use the money he got from us to at least buy another toilet seat.
