The Terra Minoika is a complex of stone built suites and apartments with breathtaking panoramic view at the edge of a hill overlooking the Kato Zakros valley, the Minoan palace and the Gorge of the Dead, just 300 metres from the beach. A construction made of stone, celebrating traditional Greek architecture, perfectly matched to its natural surroundings. +: Hommikusöök meeldis. Eriti kohalikud pirukad. Asukoht ja eriti vaated olid suurepärased. Nii hooned kui kogu territoorium olid stiilselt ja maitsekalt rajatud.

Tolle Ausstattung, alles besonders gut gepflegt, viel Platz innen und draußen mit vielfältigen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten , alle Wünsche erfüllende Frühstücksdame, hervorragendes Frühstück … sogar eine hochwertige Hollywoodschaukel mit Holzbalken, die dem kräftigen herrlichen Wind standhalten konnte … Traumhaft. Stratis, der Gastgeber, sehr sympathisch, kommunikativ und freundlich.

+: The overall area is very beautiful and the mini apartment we got was big and clean with a nice bathroom.
-: We were ignored while workers talking between themselves. The room we ordered didn't really had a view, they pointed us to a certain space inside the big property that we could use for sitting with a view. While we sat having breakfast we had the cleaning lady swapping the floor right next to us.

+: We had a lovely 4 day stay at the beautiful Terra Minoika Boutique resort. The houses, surrounding area and garden are beautifully constructed and handmade by the owners. You can tell every single spot has been made with love and appreciation for the land and the Crete tradition. The breakfast is wonderful and the view from the terrace is breathtaking. the Kato Zarko lagoon is just a 3 minutes walk down the hill, the waters are crystal clear, we spent hours swimming and sunbathing on the quiet beach. the owners were always lovely and had a lot of great recommendations. on a scale of 1 to 10, Terra Minoika is a 12!
