+: Staff really care about their guests, looking into the details.Fantastic team. The hotels is near to the main Ubud and thy have a shutter to the palace drops and pickups point no schedule so you must call the hotel amazing.

+: The place is so comfortable and tranquil that it would instantly blow your mind. The host Rana and his team will always go the extra mile to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as it gets. The staff is extremely polite and is there for all your needs. I had a cut in my toe and everybody at the Hotel instantly turned into first aid experts. From lifting heavy 30 kg bags across the property to ensuring that you get your share of water, the staff goes over and above their scope of duty to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectation. The room sizes are spacious, the Toilets are clean and the staff promptly carries out a regular anti insect repellent treatment in the evening to ensure that the local wildlife causes very little inconvenience to the guests. The pictures don't do justice to just how beautiful the property is. Add to that the people at the reception are the sweetest lot. Special shout out to Dharti for being the ever prompt and kind soul. The SPA treatments are wholesome and I would definitely recommend their famed Bailenese Massage. Since Bali weather could be very unpredictable with rains spoiling your fun, we are so glad that we could have more time to spend at the property to enjoy all that it has. The airport transfers were prompt, effective and Fast and all the major attractions are a 5 to 10 minute drive away. Overall, I would highly recommend the place, where the staff would do every conceivable thing under their power to ensure that you are made to feel at home. One last thing: that private pool is spot on clean. For someone who absolutely dislikes community pool, the pools here are enigmatic!

+: C'est juste le PARADIS 😍 Vous voyez les photos ? C'est encore plus beau en vrai ! Et c'est assez rare pour le souligner ! Un havre de paix 😍 Quand vous arrivez vous vous y sentez tout de suite bien ! C'est simple on a regretté de ne pas avoir plus de nuits (après c'est pas plus mal on n'aurait pas visité beaucoup Bali tellement on était bien dans notre villa) Le personnel au petit soin et très gentil, tout en étant très discret ! Villa propre et chambre préparée avant le coucher avec une petite attention (je vous laisse la surprise) Voiture jusqu'à Ubud sur simple demande.Petit déjeuner de rêve et très complet. Je rêve de retourner à cet endroit 😍 C'est simple foncez ! Et ne faites pas la même erreur que nous prenez + de nuits 😜

Personalul (le-am comunicat ca din pozele de pe booking părea ca vom avea o altă vilă și de îndată ce s-a eliberat cea de care spuneam, ne-au mutat. Într-un final cea în care am fost cazați inițial ne-a rămas mai mult în suflet). Masajul. Totul foarte ok!
