+: I loved this lovely old world hotel and it's stunning grounds and pool. The staff was top rate and was so courteous and helpful at every turn. The breakfast bar went on for miles! Nothing was lacking. Even a miniature Borobudur temple in the garden. It was a beautiful campus.
-: Sometimes there was a long wait at the front desk. Also, I wish they would have sold bathing suits in one of the hotel gift shops. I needed one.

-: 50 year old building needs TLC, the halls leading to apartments are very hot and the entire buildings need serious major renovations, I guess the owners are too tight to spend $$ At least they could do is to replace all glass windows with windows that have double pane Low E glass & argon gas injected, this method would save $$ in energy and muffle the traffic noise and blaring early morning prayers

+: Amazing spot with a gigantic pool and fantastic spa area (the massages are so worth it!) Great breakfasts that vary from day to day in some sections. Everything is fresh and delish
-: In the hotel lobby we had to wait for a while to get served our drinks and the lounge area allowing to smoke inside is not very pleasant for non-smokers
