+: The staff were amazing they were so welcoming , super nice and very helpful throughout the stay , we were welcomed by Gooday "Gede" which was our butler throughout the stay , he is very very professional and super friendly and welcomed us with open hands . The services provided by the hotel is amazing , the facilities are spectacular , the views from every corner in the hotel is breathtaking . I have been to many hotels around the world and i have been to other bulgari chains and i can say this was an outstanding experience and so magical and special .

+: - main reason I am giving this hotel a 10 is our buttler, Rose, who was simply amazing, kind and professional - overall very nice villa with private pool. however, the view from the room was a bit disappointing (I have to admit that after seeing my disappointment concerning the view, our buttler proposed immediately upgrading our room, however since we were there only for 1 night, we preferred to not exchange the room such that we do not lose more time. Given that the resort was half empty, I would have appreciated if the management would have upgraded us before checking in). - nice pool area - beach area and the ride with the cable car were also very nice - private yoga class included in the price - breakfast was super, super good
-: - name of the room ("ocean view") is a bit misleading, as from the room I was only seeing the roofs of other villas - dinner was extremely expensive and food was not that great - if I compare this hotel with others that I visited during our Bali trip it was below expectations, especially since this stay was by far the most expensive one. however, putting aside the price, the complex itself, the service, etc. are top notch.
