Wakacje i ceny wakacji w hotelu Comfort Tanjung Pinang 3* 2024-2025 Indonezja, Bintan (wyspa)

+: I don’t like the way they promoted the hotel on the website with all the information and pictures that they published. This is not a honest thing to do.

-: Room was very dirty. TV not working. Safe not working. Water boiling not working. Bed sheets is not changing at least one week or after people check out. They even put dirty Towel for you. Garden view you only see like dirty prison wall overalls I will not recommend anyone to stay there. They just fool around with their website.

+: I don’t like at all

-: They have to change me 3 different bungalows because first bungalows save is not working. TV not working. Bed sheets was very dirty they didn’t clean the room at all the towels they provided me was very dirty is disgusting second bungalows and the third one is all the same and I booked garden view but in my master bedroom I have to face the dirty wall . I will never be back there again. Period.

+: Breakfast is satisfactory.

+: The location is convenient to shops & it’s very peaceful

-: Gym needs renovation. New equipment

+: Very convenient location. Walking distance to supermarket, street food and restaurant.

-: The cleanliness of the room I'd give a rating of 510.

+: Even the the location was not near to the sea area but it is still the best and clean accommodation with good friendly services. Breakfast was good and maybe could have given a range of both local and English breakfasts. This will be our family getaway when we come back to Tanjung Pinang again.

-: The room was great but the minibar was not to what we expected cos during our stay the fridge wasn't cold. Anyway we spend our time outside moving around and come back to sleep.

+: The bed is comfortable n room is spacious

-: The couch has very large stain. It's not elderly and wheelchair friendly. Our room had 2 doors so when I went touring, I double locked the pool facing door since I used the other door (facing service room)to go out. When I returned, I couldn't opened the as there is a problem with the key system. Called the staff to help opened the service road door but the door couldn't open so tried to open the pool door. He got angry and grumbling as that door was double locked so can't be opened with the card key. I don't understand why he was angry when the room locking system is faulty. I find that the staff is rude and unprofessional.

+: Good to eat, many food to choose 😋

-: WiFi should have been better.

+: Breakfast was good with some varians...tasty and just right...the room is spacious for two people...
