+: Great location, good to have your own private pool
-: The photos are really outdated, a lot of the facilities are very much in need of maintenance and the cleaning is somewhat something to be desired, the cleaners came in our room with a very short space of time and did not leave toilet rolls and didn’t even bother emptying the bin. The place is really dirty.

+: The staff is helpful. We asked our breakfast earlier than breakfast time given because we need to go to airport, they made an effort to serve us at the time we wished.
-: They have few villas with differents themes. We wanted 2 bedroom villas with private swimming pool. It was not like in this picture at all. Our villa is the first villa near the street. It has Japanese theme, YUUBI VILLA. The villa is old and rundown, not worth for money. Their towels and bedsheeds were as old as the villa, with stains and holes. Villa is too close to street, too noisy to stay outdoor. The swimming pool was dirty (we asked to be cleaned at arrival..but it was still as the same condition after cleaning ). The bathroom and toilet had very strong smell. They are very tidy and clean thought...but too old to put in rental market. What good reviews in booking.com said about Four on Drupdadi property are maybe right...but not for this 2 BR villa YUUBI.

-: There is a clear disconnect in the photos on the website and the actual property it looks nothing like it. It is run down, the kitchen is old and cupboards are broken
