+: Nice welcome drink, great location and is handy for the rat run along the monkey forest perimeter to get to the main road, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful garden surroundings
-: I think a stock take is needed and replace any lumpy pillows, pillow cases and sheets that have marks on them, and any towels that have holes in them... they are all clean but it doesn't look good to the customer... maybe a fridge in the room too 🙂

+: Despite its great location and reasonable price, the overall experience at Garden View Villa is marred by cleanliness and maintenance issues. If it weren't for the location and my advance booking, I would have considered other options in the area, even at a bit higher cost.

+: Nice friendly people at the reception. They cleaned well the room each day. The bed was comfortable. The pool was a very nice addition and the hotel has a good location near Monkey forest, it takes about 20 min to walk to the city centre. It was a nice stay :)
-: The room could be updated with some simple steps. For example, the mosquito net, which is a great addition, could be fixed better so there are no holes. More plugs would be nice. Also, the sink and shower in the toilet are quite old. Overall, there are minor things that can be improved.

+: Tutto bello,camera giardino,piscina,colazione un po' fuori dal centro, ma tramite un sentiero che costeggia la foresta delle scimmie arrivi subito ai negozi e supermercati.Appena fuori dalla struttura ci sono ristoranti e con una passeggiata di circa 1.5Km arrivi in centro.Bello!

+: Bij binnenkomst was de kamer prachtig versierd met rozenblaadjes en kunstwerken van handdoeken. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en de kamer was super netjes. De housekeeping was top. Voor mijn verjaardag werd er gezongen, kreeg ik een gebakje en was de kamer prachtig versiert, zo ontzettend lief <3We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in een mooie rustige omgeving.
