+: Great value for money! Beautiful spacious room, balcony, large territory, kids playground (important for families), swimming pool, elevators, gym, breakfast, amazing location. In Bali the same kind of hotel would be x3 more expensive.

-: There was bad smell was in the bathroom - coming from the shower drain (a common problem in Asia) but when I told about that to the lady at the reception she immediately sent people to the room and somehow they managed to fix it, the air in the bathroom became 100% fresh. This was the only problem that I had, and I appreciate their quick action.

+: The hotel looks modern and must have been recently refurbished but it still shows signs of being an older hotel in the rooms. There are two nice pools and the outside area is nice, the bar upstairs is also nice but was empty when we stayed there. They also have water fountains around the hotel where u can get free, cold drinking water.

-: The rooms were very dated, we stayed here twice out of necessity, the overhead shower didn't work in either room, on our second stay the air conditioning didn't work. When we informed the staff the rectified it very quickly. The rooms are nicely decorated but show signs of being refurbished, also there were a lot of little insects crawling around the room.

+: L'hôtel est très bien équipé et propose de nombreux services. Les photos sont fidèles à ce que l'on retrouve sur place.La chambre est très belle(taille, décoration, balcon...) et bien équipée, sans oublier les attentions qui sont aux rendez-vous.Le personnel est très gentil, à l'écoute et propose toujours son aide.

-: Le sol n'etait pas parfaitement propre, c'est dommage mais rien d'alarmant. Nous avons bien dormis quand même 🙂

-: Please do consider to change sometimes music inside the restaurant at breakfast time. We heard so long the same during 3 days ( even nice music !) that we still have it on brain two days after !😀

+: Bis auf die "Beschallung" durch die Life-Musiker anlässlich des Valentine's Dinners auf der Dachterrasse des Hotels war es angenehm ruhig. Der hotel-eigene Strand war sehr sauber, anders als die angrenzenden Strände rechts und links davon. Dieser ist allerdings nur nach Überquerung einer viel befahrenen Straße zu erreichen.

-: Als Teilnehmer am "Romantic Valentine's Dinner" waren wir beeindruckt vom Ambiente der geschmückten Dachterrasse, allerdings weniger von der Qualität des Essens. Das ARUNA Resort hatte sicher seine besten Zeiten, als es es noch GRAHA LOMBOK hieß.
