Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali is situated on the tip of Tanjung Benoa’s Nusa Dua Beach. It has an award-winning restaurant, pool with swim-up bar, and water sports facilities. Free WiFi is provided. Rooms at Grand Mirage offer beautiful ocean views. Each room is equipped with an LCD TV, safety deposit box and tea/coffee maker. Bathrooms have a separate bathtub and shower, with shutters opening into the bedroom. Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso provides a large variety of on-site activities for guests, such as Balinese cooking lessons and guided bicycle tours. -: Room needs a bit of updating: bed was a bit hard and the door to the kids room was not working properly.

+: Beautiful resort with plenty of activities for kids. The water park , swimming pool, play area and so many things to keep the kids busy all the time. The location is beautiful right on the beach. Rooms are spacious. Family paradise is a section for families which gives a very nice feeling.
-: The bathroom had cockroach and the pillow covers were smelling bad until we got them changed.

-: The price and quality of food was disappointing in family paradise pool area. The food wasn’t very good quality. There were lots of loose rules and tripping hazards around the pool area. We had so many stubbed toes.

+: The staff all had beautiful demeanours and super accommodating and friendly. The main pool was well kept, food was great and I love that water filter units were located throughout.The hotel itself is ok, the other side was much nicer overall. Food in all the restaurants we great, the 2x alcohol drinks I tried were very watered down and not pleasant. Everything else as excellent.
-: Super noisy, rooms had no noise cancellation whatsoever, hard beds and flat pillows. Not a huge drinker so the all inclusive package was not great for the nearly $270aud, a non alcoholic drinkers package would be great. The playground is too small for what they sell as a family paradise, the trampoline was on hard paved surface and only suitable for 2x small kids at a time. A small stand for wet clothing, not nearly enough for a regular sized family. A resort shop for necessaries would be great so you didn’t have to venture out to get basic things. The spa adds 20% which wasn’t mentioned until after you turn up for your allocated slot. It was a good service but the extra was never discussed. Not much to do outside the resort. Mostly local vendors selling random things to tourists.
