+: My Family is frequent visitor to this hotel. Nice hotel, very kind staff, good swimming pool, great breakfast and the location is the best. The location is directly in front of Living Plaza Mall, we just need to walk accross the street to get there. Nice. The lounge is great with pool table and karaoke stuff available.
-: The only issue is that the room need to be upgraded due to it's old stuff and old wallpaper.

+: The food that i order very tasty, the location is easy to go everywhere and plus point closed to the mall.
-: I have been several times stayed in this hotel was always perfect, this time little bit dissapointed ,maybe the room that i stayed must get attention. Because the wall is dirty ,the wallpapers is old, the wardrobe old i cant even closed it (if i did made cracked sound), water jug was old and deffected (the cover was loose). The rest was ok. Especially the staffs they are friendly. I hope the management take this seriously because i will come back for sure to this hotel if they take a good care.
