+: Location is perfect for me...
-: Room condition is NOT as advertised... I've upgraded my room to deluxe on my second stay... unfortunately, the room is the same as superior room... exactly the same... no bigger room... no city view... nothing like the photos nor description as per advertised... so why do I have to pay more??? Btw, I've complaint to the front desk... and the staff simply encourage me to complaint to the top management...
