+: The staff and pool area was fantastic other than the fact i was denied a pool towel as I was actually accommadated in a seperate location to where i had booked.
-: Being allocated the room I booked. The room facilities I booked and expected were not there. No bathrobe, no dishwasher, no radio, no garden view, other than dirty pots, and trash out the back of my room. no Hot tub as described, no chairs for the table in the living room, no additional toilet, no radio, a leaking toilet, ants all over table on arrival, no dishwashing detergent or cloths and tea towel, no view, no tumble dryer again as stated in room facilities. Very disappointed.

+: The staff were really friendly. The facilities were fantastic. It's great that it had 2 pool areas. One was more for the partying type, loud music, and a pool bar. The other was quieter, more time for relaxing and reading. The location was also great. I'd definitely return.

+: Resort itself is beautiful with manicured gardens. The resort has everything you need without having to leave its four walls.
-: Pool shuts at 6 which is way too early!! Rooms are very old and outdated.

+: The staff that make up you rooms were absoutely lovely and the whole look of the place is very pleasing, thus a little bit older but the grounds itself is absolutely beautiful!
-: The Buffet breakfast and ala cart food is absolutely horrible, im sorry, but for a resort of that size you would think they would get the simple things down right. for example the Napolitana sauce for the kids pasta was absolutely revolting, trying to do too much.
