+: The bed was comfortable. The staff assisted with bags.
-: Our phone started ringing from 4am and then twice every hour from then, waking us up. No one on the other line, when I asked the staff for help someone said they would come up to check and no one arrived.The room was quite dusty and dirty as though it had not been cleaned for a while.The shower hose was split so half of the water was falling into the bath and pooling at my feet.

+: The room was big. Comfortable. I had a nice view of the city. Near to eateries. Has 24 massage service. Once the future MRT is up, it will be even more convenient

+: The main road in front of the hotel is under construction. Hence somewhat inconvenient. However location between the old town and square is acceptable. Price is reasonable. Breakfast is alright

-: Piscine et salle de sport fermées à 19h??? Les chambres sont vieilles et mal entretenues avec une salle de bain vraiment très usées. Pas loin de China Town mais loin du reste. Je ne devais pas être assez bien pour être pour être aider mes bagages, l’employé à l’entrée a préféré aider le couple arrivé après moi au lieu de m’aider bec mes 2 sacs et ma grosse valise. Je voyage très souvent et il m’arrive en Europe d’aller dans des Mercure c’est le premier que je vois aussi mal entretenu.
